today we did filming pretty much all day this was really good and we worked well as a team.
first we watched petra and michel do a bit of acting it was short but we repeated this about 5 times of it in different angles and making sure that the lines where said the same and that the moves where the same so when it was edited it would look okkay. then we had a go doing this type of filming i was filming aaron was holding the boom pole and the mic and petra and james where acting. it was quite hard because we had to do alot of different shots and they had to all be pretty much the same we all kept laughing when something went wrong and got distracted very quickly. another problem was that the dead cat kept coming into the shot so when we where editing we had to cut this out. after lunch we watch a couple of examples of chasing scene they all had different angle and where edited to ever second being put together perfectly to give it really good affect. Then we had a go at filming our own chase sequences i was filming and james petra and aaron where acting. It started with a shot of petra and james feet and petra put her bag on the floor so she could put james jacket on then aaron ran and took her bag and then james chased after him to get the bag back. This was fun because we got to use a lot of different angles and did the same parts alot of times and put all together it looks very effective. I have two favorite angles. One is of james and aaron jumping up the stairs and the other on is where i went up stairs and filmed out of the window so it was a looking down on them angle. When we edited all the shots together it looked very good.
